In order to make life simple, we will provide a single point of contact for you. This negotiator will keep you updated throughout your selling phase.
Although we offer a full marketing package to all new instructions and feel this method is the best route to secure a buyer, due to circumstance we understand this is not always possible. We will accommodate your needs. With our large database of applicants, we can act on a discreet basis to sell your home.
VIEWINGS & OPEN VIEWINGS
We will arrange viewings to suit both owner and applicants.
Open viewings are typically held on Saturday mornings, and give applicants a chance to look at your property without having to take time out of their busy weekday schedule. We take contact details for all attendees and follow up with a phone call; this enables us to provide honest feedback and advise whether any changes should be made to conclude a successful sale.
Once we have an interested applicant and an offer has been made we will consult you and negotiate the sale on your behalf, always aiming to achieve the highest price possible.
When you are happy and the offer has been accepted your negotiator will advise you on the next step and liaise with your solicitor.
